Lost Maples

Day 2: We decided to head out for an overnight at Lost Maples in Texas Hill Country. Well, I can’t even begin to describe just how amazing this experience was. We had no choice but to trek in with our camping gear. It was approximately 1 mile in to the first site. We thought we could park near our site. So we walked slowly up to camp, set up then had a good time heading back to the park are to create fire and cook food. While Gus cooked, I finished cooking up my latest hat…The Lost Maples Hat / part of my Knits Little Men Want collection. The secret is in the yarn. The pattern is easy to follow. Look for it in our next newsletter!
