Friends in likely places? I think that’s a big YES. Jill and I decided to head out to the beach. I was certain what we were going to get with a morning at the beach. Then Lizabet from Inspiration Paddleboard Co. approached us with questions. I am a kayaker and paddleboarder so I giggled with excitement when she made the offer to use her paddles.
Then as we were photographing, an adorable pup showed up. Nope. Not a dog. A sea lion pup!!!!
The pup came up to see what we were doing then flip flopped back in to the waves to play. He was having the best time. We continued forward trying to beat the crowds and the incoming tide. Below is a sampling of what we got for hand dyed samples. I snuck one of Joie’s hand knits in because Jill did such an awesome job with photography. It’s the only piece not in our yarn.
Enjoy!
Side note: “Water is a creative element and symbolizes the feminine imagination and intuition. If the seal appears in your life, pay close attention to your imagination and insight – in the waking state and in dream time. A lot of what you imagine generally has a strong basis in reality, no matter how far-off it may seem. People with seal as a power animal are generally highly imaginative and very creative. They will need activities that channel and direct this. The Seal/Sea Lion can show you how to develop and focus your imagination….The seal which is so sleek and gorgeous in the water, teaches us how to feel at home in our bodies, and to uncover our inner beauty.” By Ina Woolcott

This is great. Would these paddle boards work for this?: http://www.paddleboardstop.com. Do the inflatable boards work for stand up?
I like your tactics for getting customers. You would want to weigh the situation…sea vs. bay. Can your inflatables handle the currents and weather of the open sea?
